Hiroki has 18 years of financing and management consulting experience. At AAIC, he has been in charge of the management of the Africa healthcare fund (fund size $47m) and overseeing opportunities in East Africa.

Prior to AAIC, he used to work at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation and Accenture Japan Ltd. He is based in Kenya since 2015. Hiroki holds a Bachelor Degree in Managerial Accounting from Kobe University (2003), and an M.B.A from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2012). He is an advisor of JETRO Global Acceleration Hub in Nairobi. Hiroki is a board of directors of some of the portfolio companies, such as Sagitarix (CheckUps Medical Center), as a presentative of AAIC.
