The NINJA Accelerator provides both local and international mentors who are technical, domain and sector experts. The mentors are picked based on identified, general domain areas within which the participating businesses are expected to have technical needs. The pool includes mentors with sector expertise as well as mentors from the venture capital community.

The 8 weeks of mentor and instructor support focuses on understanding and addressing the growth challenges identified as well as refining the investor pitch and businesses’ growth plan.
